All search fields are optional (ie. search can be conducted by entering one or more fields) and case insensitive. There is no wild card characters.

Accession Number field requires entering a part or an exact Accession Numbers provided by TGRC.
Accession Numbers fall in four series in TGRC's database eg. 2-005, 3-003, delta-01, La0001.
Partly entered Accession Number in Accession field provides all the Accessions true to the part entered, for example LA001 returns all the accessions (LA0011, LA0012, LA0013, LA0014, LA0015) between LA0010 to LA0019. Only one Accession Number can be entered at a time.

Notes (comments) can be searched by entering one to many key words at a time eg. BCTV, Tolerant, Resistance to Verticullium, Tobacco Mosaic Virus etc.

Similarly, Collection Site field can be searched by entering key words describing the names of sites eg. Jipijapa, Nazca, Timar, 14 km west of Chusmiza etc.

Rest of the fields can be searched by selecting the criteria from the pull down menues.
