Material Transfer Agreement

   The TGRC requires that researchers submitting seed requests download and sign a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA).

   - Please open and read the MTA.
   - Print and sign.
   - Fax or mail to us at the address provided on the form

    Seed orders will not be processed until we have received a signed MTA.
